The manual towel roll dispenser is particularly suitable for busy washrooms where there is no power connection or where regular battery changes would be too tedious as it is manually operated: no power or battery supply is required. It also ensures a high standard of hygiene as you only ever touch your own portion of paper. The paper is mechanically cut as it is pulled out, creating 27 cm long paper portions.
