Delivery methods, delivery time and shipping costs

We offer delivery of your order via two different shipping services: our own courier service Transoflex and the shipping service ZUFALL Logistic .

The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days , but can vary slightly depending on the destination and order volume. We deliver nationwide within Germany .

Shipping is free for orders over €150 . For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €4.90 applies . The exact shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during the ordering process .

Return and Refund

You can return items within 14 working days of receipt without giving any reason . To initiate a return, please fill out the return form on our website or contact us by email at cwsdirect.de@cws.com.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you still need to return an item, please note the following:

  • If the product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered , we will cover all return and replacement costs.
  • If you wish to return the order for personal reasons , you are responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipment. Shipping costs depend on the rates of the shipping provider you have chosen.

How do I return a product?

  1. Contact us : Send us an email to cwsdirect.de@cws.com and tell us the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the product : Pack the product in its original packaging (if possible) or ensure safe packaging for transport.
  3. Arrange a pickup : We will organize the pickup by a courier service.
  4. Choose your refund type : You can either receive a full refund or a replacement product.

    • The amount will be credited within 14 working days of receipt of the returned product.
